The address list will be updated to reflect the new address. If the new address is the only address for the borrower, it will be identified as the mailing address. The mailing address is the address displayed on the Borrower Services screen.
One of the borrower's addresses must be identified as a mailing address, since it will be used to send bills, notices, and other correspondence to the borrower. To indicate which address should be used as the borrower's mailing address, click on the radio button located to the right of the Magnifying Glass icon on the appropriate address list line, and click on the Save icon.
When the Save icon is clicked, the selected address will be marked as the borrower's mailing address. The address list will be updated to show the Mail Address icon next to the designated borrower address. The mailing address shown in the Borrower Summary display will also be updated to reflect the new mailing address designation.
To revise or update an existing borrower address, select the desired address by clicking on the Magnifying Glass icon located on the left side of the appropriate address list line. When you click on this icon, a new window is opened containing the borrower’s address information. Edit the address information in this window and click on the Save icon to save your changes. At any point, you can click on the Reset icon to restore the data to its initial state. To exit without saving your address revisions, simply close the window.
Note: A borrower address cannot be deleted if it is currently used as the mailing address. Another address must be identified as the mailing address before the desired address can be deleted.
To delete an existing address, select the desired address by clicking on the
Magnifying Glass icon located on the left side of the appropriate
