One of the borrower's addresses must be identified as a mailing address. This address will be used when sending bills, notices and other correspondence to the borrower.
By default, the first address that is entered into the CLM system for a given borrower is also identified as the borrower's mailing address. As newer addresses are added for the borrower, the user can select one of those to be used as the new mailing address.
To indicate that an address displayed on the Address List should be used as the borrower's mailing address, the following steps must be performed:
Click on the radio button located to the left of the magnifying glass icon on the appropriate Address List line, as shown in the following example:

Once the radio button has been clicked (selected), click on the Save icon.
When the Save icon is clicked, the selected address will be marked as
the borrower's mailing address in the CLM database. The Address List
will be updated to show the mail address icon
next to the designated borrower address. The mailing address shown in
the Borrower Summary display will also be updated to reflect the new
mailing address designation.
