The following table provides information regarding the various data elements of the Loan Maintenance - Benefit Information screen.
The information presented on this screen was established through the Borrower Services/Loans/Benefits function. Depending on the Benefit that was applied, billing for the affected loan can be suspended, billing could include only interest, or portions of the loan's balances can be cancelled (or even defaulted).

Benefit Begin Date |
Format must be "mm/dd/yyyy". This date in conjunction with the Benefit End Date can affect billing for this loan in the case of Deferments and Postponements. |
Benefit End Date |
Format must be "mm/dd/yyyy". Date entered must occur after Benefit Begin Date. This date in conjunction with the Benefit Begin Date can affect billing for this loan in the case of Deferments and Postponements. |
Benefit Extension End Date

Format must be "mm/dd/yyyy". Date entered cannot occur before Benefit End Date. This is the limit to how far the benefit can be extended. |
Date Applied |
The date the benefit was applied to the loan. |
Benefit Percent |
Indicates that portion of the loan balance that was cancelled. Applicable only to Cancellation benefits. |
Archive Flag |
Indicates if the associated loan benefit record has been deleted. |
