The View function displays a list of the loans currently assigned to the selected collections queue. By using a Collection Queue Filter, it is possible to view just a subset of these loans. This function also provides the user with the ability to perform the several other actions with respect to the queue's loans:
Remove any user collections "locks" on one or more of the loans
Move one or more loans from the current queue to another queue
To view the loans currently assigned to a particular queue, click the View link located on the Collection Queues List display line for the desired queue:

The Collection Queue Contents window displays a summary line for each loan that is presently assigned to the selected queue. The initial display includes all loans; the filter (if any) for this queue is not used, as indicated by the selected Filter Off radio button. The number of loans displayed in the initial window will match the loan count shown in the corresponding line of the Collection Queues List display. In the above examples, the number of loans shown (six) matches the loan count displayed for this queue in the Collection Queues List line (also six).
