This function is accessed by (1) selecting a single loan via the associated checkbox, and then (2) selecting the Call Log function from the drop-down box that appears in the Loans Navigation Bar. When the Call Log function is accessed in this manner, a pop-up window is displayed as follows:
The window contains a listing (of up to 10) of the most recent call log entries for the loan, in descending date order. Each entry is represented by the date/time of the entry, plus the beginning portion of the entry's text. The user can select any of these entries to review the full text of the call log by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.
If there are more than 10 entries found, the [Next 10 Calls] link will be enabled. Clicking on this link will display (up to) the next 10 entries that are found. The [Previous 10 Calls] link will also be enabled, thereby enabling the user to review all call log entries for the loan.
If no calls have been record for the selected loan, the following message is displayed:
The Add icon in the function bar is enabled, thereby allowing the user to add a new Call Log entry for the loan.
If the user attempts to select multiple loans in conjunction with selecting the Call Log function, an error message will be displayed in a pop-up dialog box as shown in this example:
