Loan-level functions are accessed via the drop-down Function box that appears in the Loans Navigation Bar. The user can access any function by selecting one or more loans (as appropriate) and then selecting the appropriate identifier from the drop-down box.
The user can also perform the same previously selected function for a newly selected loan simply by clicking on the Go button.
The following table provides a brief description of each function. Additional information about each function can be reviewed by clicking on the appropriate link or by opening the associated chapter found in the table of contents.

Add a disbursement to an existing loan. |

View or print the amortization schedule for one or more borrower loans. The amortization schedule can be changed on the fly to reflect different installment amounts. |

Add and review records about borrower telephone conversations pertaining to the selected loan(s). A call history. The call log function can be accessed for only one loan at a time. |

Assign a comaker to the selected loan(s). The comaker information is entered via the borrower-level Comakers function. |

Presents information that was reported to the Credit Bureau for the selected loan. The credit report detail function can be accessed for only one loan at a time. |

Exit a loan manually. The loan must have been previously originated. |

Presents information pertaining to the selected loan's exit process. This information is display-only, and includes the loan identification, exit interview method, exit prep/print/completed/incomplete dates, and repayment dates. The exit detail function can be accessed for only one loan at a time. |

Add and assign values to flags that are to be associated with the selected loan. The loan flags function can be accessed for only one loan at a time. |

Presents detailed information for a selected loan. The information is display-only, and includes payment information, current statement details, a transaction summary, payment method, and comaker (if any). The loan detail function can be accessed for only one loan at a time. |

Review transaction and maintenance histories for the selected loan. The loan history function can be accessed for only one loan at a time. |

Identify the payment method to be used for the selected loan(s). Credit card and ACH information is entered via the associated borrower-level functions. |

Maintain payment information for the selected loan(s). This information includes payment terms, frequency, and amount; interest amounts/fees; late charges; collection costs. |

Apply a payment to a loan. This function is linked to the rehabilitation process. |

Re-Enroll loans that are not currently in an Enrolled (E) status. |

Take a loan out of collections and put it back into normal payment cycle. This function will process borrowers in Rehabilitation and provide Pass/Fail results as well as updating their status as needed. This function is available only to users whose ID has been enabled to perform collection functions. |

Displays a running balance and listing of all financial transactions for the selected loan. |
