Click on the Borrower Services tab when you want to maintain borrower-level data.
When you click on the drop-down box in the Navigation Bar, you are presented with the functions you will use to update your borrower data. Prior to selecting any function, you must select the borrower you wish to update.
Select a borrower by entering either a SSN, student ID or last name on the Find Borrowers search screen you see when you first click on the Borrower Services tab. The name search is not case sensitive, but you must enter a complete last name if you wish to enter a first name. For all other searches, you can use the percent symbol (%) as a wild card character if you do not know the complete entry. Click on the Find button to find the borrowers who match your criteria. If there is more than one match, all of the names will be listed on the search screen. To select a borrower, click on their name. The Loans screen for that borrower is then displayed. If there is only one match for your criteria, the Loans screen for that borrower will be displayed automatically.
